SWC Reads: Pride and Prejudice

In the immortal words of Sheldon Cooper “Pride and Prejudice is a flawless masterpiece. He’s got too much pride. She’s got too much prejudice. It just works.”

But seriously, if you haven’t read this yet, please do yourself a favor and pick up a copy! It’s a classic for all the best reasons!

Whether you love Matthew McFadden walking through the field at sunrise, Colin Firth winning every wet tshirt contest ever, Martin Henderson dancing through the streets of India, or Daniel Vincent Gordh attempting to rock that afro wig, it’s safe to say Mr. Darcy has captured the hearts of many. And you deserve to read about the OG Fitzwilliam Darcy who started it all.

Not to mention, the Bennet Sisters are, without a doubt, the greatest example of what it’s like to not only grow up with siblings but learning how to like people you love (and vice versa).

So give this classic a chance and you’ll understand why it has launched a thousand spin-offs.
