Strawberry Ice Cream

Anyone who knows me knows I’m obsessed with Frankie & Jo’s. They make the greatest dairy free frozen desserts around and I will wait in line even when it goes down the street and around the block (which it often does).

So when they announced they were doing a pop up Alexa and I knew we had to be there.

The team at Frankie & Joes switch up three seasonal flavors every month and while they are always to die for plant based desserts this month was a little extra special. 

They made Rocky Road and Banana but what I want to talk about is their Harvey Strawberry Milk. They’re donating 5% of every scoop and pint to the Harvey Milk Foundation! 

But on a more personal note. Strawberry ice cream is my absolute most favorite thing in the entire world. My grandpa used to keep a pint in his fridge at all times just in case I stopped by (which I did often). And I haven’t been able to find a solid substitute since I had to stop eating dairy ice cream a decade ago. 

Now, I’m finally able to enjoy my favorite flavor again and it will be at the Kirkland Farmers Market every Wednesday for the rest of the summer!
