Sweat And Snack With Nat

If you’ve ever had the pleasure of getting to know Nat you understand what I mean when I say she is just the absolute best.

Founder of Plenty and Well, as well as the newly launched Thrive With IBD Podcast, Nat is a champion for people living with IBD, and a prime example of what it takes to thrive while living with UC, in addition to being a little ray of sunshine.

Nat is also a dear, sweet friend. So when she announced she was hosting her second live Sweat and Snack event I was stoked. The girl gang was rallied and we showed up in force.

The event took advantage of the beautiful Seattle weather (it happens, people, I promise) and we all met at the Kirkland waterfront for an awesome outdoor circuit workout before getting to absolutely feast on açia bowls from WowWow Hawaiian Lemonade (major yum factor, friends).

We then received goody bags filled with super delish treats from a ton of the health foods Nat features on her own blog. While she raffled off prizes.

Overall a delightful afternoon with such a fun, fitness-minded group of ladies! Already looking forward to the next one! (We joked the next event should be autumn themed and have us using pumpkins in place of kettlebells - and I’m not mad at that idea at all.)

xo,

Kate
