I’ve had my Book of the Month Club membership for over a year at this point and I cannot recommend it highly enough.

I’ve always been a voracious reader but that doesn’t mean I don’t also get stuck in a reading rut every once in a while. I’ll go through series after series by the same author, or stick to a single genre for a month or more, if I’m not paying attention. But BOTM helps me break out and try something new. And I have not once been disappointed by the book I get, either, which is truly impressive.

Each month they give you a selection of books to choose from, or the option to skip if you’re not into any of their picks, and you have the chance to add on two books from previous selections if you want as well. They give you a teaser of a synopsis of each book and the general genre but with that little bit of information I’ve never been led astray. Even when I pick books that wouldn’t normally have caught my eye otherwise I’m always delighted with what I get!
