What could possibly make the Kirkland waterfront more fun? Wine tasting, of course!

With 80 local Washington wines and 15 of the tastiest food trucks around it was an easy sell to get the girls together for an afternoon of sunshine and lake views at Kirkland Marina Beach Park.

The event provided their own darling little tasting glasses for each guest as well as 10 tokens to spend on drinks at any of the booths!

First stop was (naturally) the food! And seeing the Tutta Bella Neapolitan Pizzeria truck was like the heavens opening up and shining down on us. Personal pizzas all around!

The lovely 80 degree weather meant trying out the rosé selections offered and we were delighted to find that the rosé created especially for the Kirkland UnCorked event to be delicious. A light, crisp, citrusy flavor that all three of us enjoyed. So much so we picked up a bottle to bring home!

Kirkland UnCorked benefits the Howard Pet Adoption Center, one of Washington’s leading non-profit, no kill animal shelters. And we were delighted to contribute to the cause! There were a number of attendees who brought their dogs along and we wanted to pet them all!
